Meteorite Over Cheshire

Meteorite over Cheshire filmed last night, is it a fake or not?
Look at this footage and see this flare as an up motion and you can also spot the aircraft flying away from the scene. Also, the video is uploaded without sound, which suggests it's to hide the noise of the aircraft.
So it should be called a firework over Cheshire and not a meteorite.
